Billing Software for Electronics and Mobile Shops
Electronics and mobile shops. This is the same billing and stock system I build for shops, not a separate electronics product. What a mobile or electronics counter needs most, tying a sale to the exact unit's serial or IMEI and its warranty, gets built to order as part of setting it up for you. A shop selling accessories and general electronics can likely start on what is ready today. A shop that needs every phone's IMEI on the bill for warranty claims will need the built-to-order part first.
What makes this trade different
- A phone or appliance needs its serial or IMEI tied to the bill, so a warranty claim can be checked against the actual unit sold.
- A customer returns with a fault months later, and finding which bill and which unit it was takes too long on paper.
- High-value bills cross the e-way bill threshold and need the paperwork done right.
- Stock across models and variants needs to stay accurate without slowing the counter.
- Supplier bills for dozens of models and accessories arrive often, sometimes as a PDF.
Ready today
- The billing counter. Scan a barcode or type the item code, take cash, UPI, card, bank or credit, split any way, and print.
- GST invoices and e-way bill. Tax invoices with HSN codes, and an e-way bill raised from the bill itself once a sale crosses the threshold that makes one compulsory.
- Supplier bills read from a PDF. A supplier's bill can be typed in or read from their PDF, updating stock and the purchase rate together.
- A customer's history. A customer's past bills, what they owe and their loyalty points sit on one screen.
Built for your electronics and mobile shops
These do not exist yet. They are built around how your business runs, as part of setting the system up.
- Serial number and IMEI on the bill. I add a serial or IMEI field to the item line at billing, so each unit sold is tied to its exact bill, searchable later for a warranty or service claim.
- Warranty tracking. I set up a warranty period per item or category, so the counter can tell at a glance whether a returning unit is still covered, and by when.
What it doesn't do
- Nothing here records a serial number, IMEI or warranty period today. Both are work I do as part of setting up a shop that sells serialised units, not ready features on day one.
- Billing needs an internet connection. There is no offline billing today; a phone hotspot is enough to carry on.
- The billing counter is made for an iPad or a computer.
Questions
Can it put the IMEI or serial number on the bill?
Not out of the box today. I add a serial or IMEI field to the billing line as part of setting up your shop, so each unit is searchable later against its bill.
Does it track warranty periods?
Not as a ready feature. Warranty tracking per item or category is built as part of setup, so a returning unit's cover is clear at a glance.
Can it bill electronics and accessories today?
Yes. Barcode billing, GST invoices with e-way bill, purchases and customer history all work today without extra building.
Who helps when something breaks?
I do. You message me, I look at it, and I fix it. I don't disappear after deploy.
Billing, GST invoices and purchases work today. Serial or IMEI tracking and warranty cover get built around your shop if you need a unit traced from sale to service. Tell me what you sell and I will tell you honestly what fits now. Retail POS, stock and GST billing.
