Copier rental billing and service call tracking software
Field service and rental billing. For businesses that rent out and service machines. Engineers close calls on their phone, meter readings turn into bills, and the office can see every machine.
Who it's for: Built for a copier rental and service company.
- Copier and printer rental companies
- Equipment rental businesses that bill by usage
- Service companies with engineers in the field
- Businesses that sell maintenance contracts
What you get
- Every complaint becomes a call with a number, an engineer and a clock on it.
- Engineers see their calls, fill the report and close the job from their phone.
- Meter readings come with a live photo, so there's no arguing about the number.
- Rental bills work themselves out from the reading: rent, free copies, per-copy rate.
- Calls open too long show in red, for the office and for the engineer.
- Attendance and travel km from an odometer photo, morning and evening.
- Contracts, warranties and maintenance cover on each machine, with the papers attached.
- Your old billing system keeps running beside it until the numbers match.
Screens from the real product

- Today's route on the engineer's phone: stops in the order the office planned, with address and phone number for each call.
- A service call on the phone: one button to fill the report and close the call, or give the customer an estimate on the spot.
- Attendance on the phone: the morning odometer reading with a photo checks the engineer in and starts the day's travel log.
- Readings held for review: a reading lower than last month, an unusual jump or a photo that cannot be verified is stopped before any bill is made.
- Draft bills: every engineer reading becomes a draft the office checks, then turns into a numbered invoice with one click.
- Printed rental invoice: current and previous readings, free copies, per-copy charges, monthly rent and GST worked out from the contract.
- Month-end billing checklist: every machine due for a bill, with the ones missing a reading or an invoice at the top.
- Attendance report, day by day: check-in and check-out times, hours, kilometres travelled, odometer photos and map links for each employee.
- Machine log book: every service visit, part fitted and meter reading for one machine on a single timeline.

Questions
Can my old data come in?
Yes. Machines, customers, contracts and years of service history were brought in from the previous system. A comparison report shows where the two disagree, so the mismatches are fixed before you switch.
Does it work on a phone?
It's made for the phone first. It installs to the home screen like an app and sends notifications. It works on a desktop too.
What if the internet goes down?
It needs a connection to save. Engineers use it on mobile data. There's no offline mode today, so in a dead spot the report is filled in once the phone has signal again.
Is this also AMC management software?
Yes. Contracts, warranties and maintenance cover sit on each machine with the papers attached, and you can create, renew and cancel a contract from the same screen.
Can I use it as a field engineer tracking app?
Yes, for the work each engineer does. It records attendance and travel kilometres from an odometer photo morning and evening, the route the office set for the day, and the calls closed and readings taken.
Can an engineer change a bill?
No. An engineer's reading only saves the reading. The office checks it and makes the bill.
Who helps when something breaks?
I do. You message me, I look at it, and I fix it. I don't disappear after deploy.
Can it print my kind of bill?
It prints rental invoices in one to three copies, quotations on your letterhead, service reports for the customer to sign, and parts estimates you can share by link.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Machine lists and reports download as files that open in Excel. The database is backed up before every update, and a full copy is yours whenever you ask.
