Questions
Can my old data come in?
Yes. Products, sizes and stock are brought in from an export of your current software during setup.
Does it work on a phone?
The online store is made for phones first, because that is where most people shop. The back office works on a phone too. The billing counter is best on a computer or tablet.
What if the internet goes down?
It's an online system, so the counter needs a connection to bill. A phone hotspot is enough to carry on. There's no offline billing today.
Can I change the home page myself?
Yes. Banners, featured products, collections and the menu are all edited from the back office. You can reorder, hide or duplicate a section without calling me.
Who helps when something breaks?
I do. You message me, I look at it, and I fix it. I don't disappear after deploy.
Can it print my kind of bill?
The counter prints the bill, and online orders get a GST invoice as a PDF by email and WhatsApp. Barcode labels print from the back office.
Is my data mine?
Yes. It runs in your own cloud account, the database is backed up every night, and every report downloads as a file.
