Questions

Can my old data come in?

Your item list, customers and opening stock are loaded for you during setup, from whatever export your current software gives. I check the totals with you before you start billing.

Do you set up e-invoicing for me?

Yes. It's part of setup at no extra cost, and so is e-way bill. You need your GST portal API login from your accountant. I connect it and test the first bill with you.

Does it work on a phone?

The billing counter is made for an iPad or a computer, because that's where billing happens. Staff also get a simple phone screen to look up stock by name or code.

What if the internet goes down?

It runs in the browser, so billing needs a connection. A phone hotspot is enough to carry on. There's no offline billing today. What it does keep on the device is a half-typed product edit, so a dropped connection doesn't cost you your typing.

Who helps when something breaks?

I do. You message me, I look at it, and I fix it. I don't disappear after deploy.

Can it print my kind of bill?

It prints GST invoices on A5 and A4, delivery challans, estimates and quotations. You choose what shows on the bill: HSN column, bank details, signatures and terms. Barcode tags print in the label layout you use.

Is my data mine?

Yes. It can run in your own cloud account, it backs up every night, and you can download your data whenever you like.
